If a child is not able to speak until the age of 3 years and has performed poorly in mathematics and writing lessons in the school, this child smart?

If a child can think about what it is like driving in the universe at the speed of light in his imagination when other children were busy playing, this child smart?

Apparently both cases talking about the same child, we know by the name of Albert Einstein. So maybe the question now is: Is the definition of smart? Did get a good ranking guarantee success in learning and work later? Is the way we make smart kids category is right? Why are the great inventors like Leonardo Da Vinci, Alexander Graham Bell and Thomas Alva Edison once said Learning Disabled?
